Celebrating the Jewish experience through Film
The Festival intertwines the sounds, sights and tastes of Jewish culture and celebrates Jewish identity.
First produced in 1980, the Festival has always brought together every facet of the Jewish community, young and old, multi-generational and all segments of religious practice and political thought for a day of sharing, understanding and tolerance.
We also reach out to our friends of other religions and cultures to come and share the experience with us.
Come and be part of the "town square of Jewish Chicago" with 4 stages of music and dance, a juried art fair, a children's activity fair, a strictly Kosher food fair and an organization fair with over 100 organizations.
Plan to be with us or consider being a volunteer as we throw the largest Jewish cultural event in Chicago and the longest running Jewish Festival in America.
As the first film festival in North America to champion the works of today’s leading Asian auteurs, NYAFF continues to introduce vibrant and vital voices ranging from explosive blockbusters to eccentric arthouse gems.
As we celebrate Asian representation more than ever, NYAFF provides an essential connection and awareness to our community, to New Yorkers, and beyond.
It takes place in San Francisco and three other Bay Area cities in late July and early August, drawing an audience of approximately 30,000 people.

Hutzot hayotzer – The International Arts and Crafts Festival is held every year in August.

The Jewish Cultural Festival in Budapest is a great opportunity to find out everything about Hungarian Jewish culture.

The Festival day begins at 11:00 am with Rivkaleh's Fair, a once a year indoor event that will delight every member of the family with a marketplace of arts, crafts and cultural exhibits together with activities for children and adults featuring community dancing.
The Festival performance follows the Fair at 3:30 pm featuring a spectacular show with dancers and singers of all ages from communities across the United States coming together on one stage.
The Israel Folk Dance Festival and Festival of the Arts is a project of the Israeli Dance Institute in partnership with Jewish National Fund with the support of Bnai Zion, the New York Board of Rabbis and the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York.
